Ice Breakers
Start your meeting off right and make sure the members of your group are engaged with one another to promote maximum contribution and success. With plenty of fun options to choose from, our ice breakers will get your group’s creative juices flowing and create a sense of community that will enhance and enrich your event. Though they are often used at the beginning of meetings or retreats, our ice breakers are also designed to be used during or after events or in combination with any of our team building activities.
Team Building Events
With tons of team building events to choose from, there are hours of fun to be had. Check out our San Diego Circuit Change competition, for example, a great way to experience team building while enjoying the beautiful natural landscape of San Diego and Mission Bay. This event is fully facilitated with survivor maps, company currency, team colors, and opening and closing ceremonies. All groups have the opportunity to choose between the options below or work with our team to build a custom event that specifically meets your group’s needs.

Group Free Time Activities
Need some midday excitement in between meetings? Schedule a monster volleyball tournament on the beach or enjoy our Games in the Garden. We have a huge stock of fun, interactive games for your group to play at our waterfront Garden by the Bay location. Games include volleyball, croquet, bocce ball, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, giant checkers, chess, and table tennis.
We also offer activities to help your group wind down after a long day. In the evening, enjoy S’mores at our beach fire pits. Everything is provided including wood, marshmallows, Hershey’s chocolate, graham crackers and 3ft S’mores Stix. For a different kind of movie experience, we offer Dive in Movie Nights. These include a movie of your choice on a movie theater sized big screen at the Solana Court, unlimited popcorn, poolside cocktail service, pool rafts, and use of the pool cabanas.
