Sol Sessions
Let the music move you and the breeze set the tone during our daily Sol Sessions. Enjoy live performances by talented local artists while you sip handcrafted cocktails and indulge in flavorful small plates—all set against the relaxed rhythm of resort life.
Happy Hour
Cheers to midweek moments done right! Unwind with happy hour at Plaza Del Sol and Covewood Bar, where food and drink specials flow Sunday through Thursday from 3–5 PM. Sip, savor, and soak in the bay breeze—you’ve earned it.
Dive In Movie
Make a splash under the stars with our Dive-In Movie Nights! Join us every Friday at 8:00 PM for a complimentary family favorite film by the pool. Popcorn’s on us, no reservations needed, and walk-ins are always welcome. Come early and stop by Plaza Del Sol for delicious food and drinks available for purchase—it’s the perfect way to spend a summer evening.
S’mores Night
Lean into the San Diego lifestyle with a cozy evening by the bay, perfecting your s’mores-making skills with the whole family. Our beachside fire pits, located just behind the resort, set the scene for sweet memories and toasted treats. All supplies are provided—just bring your appetite for fun.
Game Night
Ready, set, play! Gather your crew every Wednesday at 6:00 PM as Covewood becomes game night central. From trivia to bingo and everything in between, each week brings a new challenge led by our lively team.
