Easter Brunch
Sunday, April 5th | 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Covewood invites you to delight in a special family-style Easter brunch crafted by Executive Chef Roy Hendrickson. Surrounded by the beauty of swaying palms, fresh blooms and sparkling Mission Bay, choose between savory dishes and sweet delights. Make sure to stop by our petting zoo and participate in the Easter egg hunt as well.
Spring Tea Series
Delight in a timeless afternoon tea overlooking Mission Bay, featuring a curated selection of fine teas, delicate finger sandwiches, and elegant sweets. Hosted every Sunday from April 12th – May 10th beginning at 2:30 PM, it’s a refined way to welcome spring and savor meaningful moments together.

Cheers to midweek moments done right! Unwind with happy hour at Covewood Bar, where food and drink specials flow Sunday through Thursday from 3–5 PM. Sip, savor, and soak in the bay breeze—you’ve earned it.
Family Movie Night
Get cozy with us for our weekly movie night. Join us every Friday at 7:00 PM for a complimentary family favorite film in the conference center. Popcorn’s on us, no reservations needed, and walk-ins are always welcome.
S’mores Night
Lean into the San Diego lifestyle with a cozy evening by the bay, perfecting your s’mores-making skills with the whole family. Our beachside fire pits, located just behind the resort, set the scene for sweet memories and toasted treats. All supplies are provided—just bring your appetite for fun.
